Founded by visionary and remote work advocate Erika Dietrick, our company is dedicated to making the remote world a better place.

How it started

Erika, a Durham and US-based digital nomad, founded Last Rocket Home in April 2022. Starting this company was driven by Erika’s goal of harnessing the true potential of remote work, extending beyond mere surviving the global circumstances that compelled us to work from home initially. 

How it is going

Erika is intimately close and feels passionately about this space and recognizes the difficulties faced by leaders in remote companies. Our organization is driven by a deep-seated passion to build strong, connected teams that are empowered by technology and help organizations thrive in the remote world.

Education

Erika has a Master of Software Engineering from East Carolina University

Experience

Erika has 4-years experience in the tech industry across engineering roles + sales engineering roles, working for Fortune 100 companies, such as Cisco Systems, and startups such as Woven and QL TechWorks.

Hobbies

For fun, Erika enjoys traveling, gardening, writing, and drawing.
